Refund policy

We allow returns within 14 days of the delivery date of any non-sale items purchased directly from our website that are in original condition with original tags and packaging. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

Return shipping is at your own expense. 

If approved, an online store credit will be issued to the value of your return in the form of a gift card.

Items purchased during a promotion or warehouse sale are a final sale. No exchanges or returns of sale items are accepted at any time.

For in-store purchases we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds for change of mind. If the item doesn't fit properly, or in the unlikely event the item is faulty, we can offer a store credit within 7 days of purchase and with proof of purchase.

If your return meets the above criteria, please contact hello@sailorandsunny.com with your order number and contact details to process your return, Items returned without authorisation won't be allowed.

Please note that as we are a small business delivery costs will not be refunded.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available on full-priced items only. Sale items may be accepted at our discretion, subject to availability.

The customer is responsible for covering both the return shipping costs and the shipping fees for the replacement item.

Credit Note

A credit note is available for your original order amount (excluding postage) valid for 12 months. We will email you a unique code issued as a gift card to be entered upon checkout.

 

INTERNATIONAL

Due to international shipping costs, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders. If you have concerns about your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we will do our best to assist you.
