Shipping policy
Sailor + Sunny ships Australia wide and International.
Once we receive your order, we aim to dispatch it from our warehouse within 48 hours, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.
Orders of multiple items may be split and shipped in more than one package, in which case you’ll receive corresponding tracking numbers. We are not able to combine shipping for two separate orders.
We ship internationally to most countries. Please note that shipping restrictions may apply depending on the destination country. If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact us to inquire about shipping availability.
SHIPPING COSTS
Australian orders will be shipped via our selected couriers. Shipping costs are calculated by weight, volume and location. All international shipping rates will be displayed before you complete your order.

SHIPPING TIMES
For Australian orders, please allow between 1 – 5 working days for delivery upon receipt of dispatch.
International Shipping times:
- Standard International Shipping: 7–14 business days
- Express International Shipping: 1–3 business days
Shipping times may vary depending on customs processing and the destination country. Please note, orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Important note -
US: We currently cover all tariff costs associated with shipping our products to the US.
International General: Customs fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer. If a consignment is undeliverable at destination due to refusal to pay import tax, incorrect address, multiple failed attempts, or otherwise, the consignment will be abandoned at destination. In the event of a redirection to the situations aforementioned, any additional shipping fees will be charged to the receiver.
ORDER STATUS
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package on the carrier's website. Please note that it may take 24–48 hours for tracking information to be updated.
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances. Please contact the shipping carrier or customs office for more information if your shipment is delayed.

LOST OR DAMAGE PACKAGE
In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if applicable, and work to resolve the issue.
